Customers can cancel the subscription in 7 days from the date of subscription. Once the cancellation request been placed we will review the cancellation request and let customers know our decision. If the cancellation is approved we will refund the amount in 3 business days to the customer's card/bank account. The cancellation approval/rejection will be based on how the customer already used the MyScores platform, and activity recorded on the platform.
